Google Primer: Product design & brand relaunch

Paper cut desk scene

Google Primer is a free mobile app for quirky interactive business and marketing lessons that can be done on the go. As Design Lead on the Primer team, I successfully lobbied for a fully accessible redesign of the app so that users of any and all abilities can navigate, understand, and use Primer successfully.

The release of this new version of the app was timed to coincide with Global Accessibility Awareness Day, when a new accessible look & feel for the Primer brand launched in 7 markets at once. This included a redesign of all brand assets used to create a new website, paid media campaign, email and social media campaigns, event-based installations and promotional videos. I worked with the talented London-based artist Owen Gildersleeve to create a new universe of cut paper shapes to bring the Primer brand to life.
